By accessing or using y2mind (hereinafter referred to as the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Description of Service

y2mind provides AI-driven YouTube video summaries, chapter generation, and Q&A services.

3. Payment and Subscription

We offer both Free and Pro versions.

The Pro version is billed on a monthly or yearly basis. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle.

4. Refund Policy

• Virtual Products: Once a summary is generated, the purchase is non-refundable.
• Unused Service: Refunds are available within 7 days of the initial purchase only if the service has not been used at all.
• Third-Party Restrictions: Refunds will not be granted for temporary service unavailability caused by third-party restrictions (e.g., YouTube).

5. Intellectual Property

This Service operates solely as a tool. You represent and warrant that you have the legal right to process the submitted videos or that your usage complies with the "Fair Use" doctrine.

6. Limitation of Liability

y2mind shall not be held liable for any losses or damages resulting from changes to the YouTube API, AI hallucinations (inaccuracies in AI output), or service interruptions.

This Service uses YouTube API Services.
